Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident ordering from VERDU WEAR. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in the same condition in which they were received.
Items must include all original tags, accessories, and packaging.
You must provide your order number and proof of purchase.
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days after the carrier marks the order as delivered.
Items showing signs of wear, washing, odor, staining, alteration, damage caused after delivery, or missing components may be refused.

Non-returnable items

Final-sale or clearance items clearly marked as final sale.
Gift cards.
Personalized or customized products.
Items that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons after use, including certain intimate garments, unless they arrived defective or incorrect.
Products returned without prior authorization.

Sizing and fit

Sizing may vary by product and manufacturer. Please review the product-specific size chart before ordering. A size recommendation is guidance only and does not guarantee fit. Returns for an incorrect size selection are permitted when the item otherwise meets this policy, but the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the wrong size was sent by VERDU WEAR.

How to request a return

Email contact@verduwear.com with the subject line “Return Request – Order #[ORDER NUMBER]” and include:

Order number
Customer name
Email used for the order
Reason for the return
Photos if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

Do not send an item back to the address shown on the original parcel. We will provide the correct return instructions after reviewing your request. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, materially different from the description, or incorrect. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable except where required by law or when the return results from our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your receipt.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery and include clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the issue. Do not dispose of the product until we confirm the resolution.

Refunds

After your authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges because inventory may change. The fastest option is usually to return the eligible item and place a new order after your return is approved.

Cancellations and order changes

Contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation or modification after an order enters processing. If we cannot stop the order, you may request a return after delivery under this policy.
