You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction. You may not use the site or products for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.

Products and descriptions

We aim to describe products and display colors accurately, but colors and appearance may vary by screen, lighting, and manufacturing batch. Measurements are approximate and may vary within reasonable manufacturing tolerances.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. Taxes may be added where required. We may correct pricing or listing errors and may cancel or refund an affected order.

Orders

An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We may limit quantities, refuse, or cancel orders for suspected fraud, resale, errors, inventory issues, or other legitimate reasons. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

The site content, including VERDU WEAR branding, text, graphics, layout, and original content, is owned by or licensed to VERDU WEAR and may not be copied, reproduced, or exploited without permission.

User content and reviews

If you submit reviews, photos, comments, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to do so and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content for business and promotional purposes. We may remove unlawful, misleading, abusive, or infringing content.

You may not interfere with the site, introduce malicious code, scrape the site without permission, impersonate others, violate intellectual-property rights, or misuse customer or account information.
