Shipping Policy

Shipping area

VERDU WEAR currently ships only to valid addresses within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on eligible U.S. orders. Tracking is included when available from the carrier.

Processing and delivery estimates

Orders are generally processed within 1–5 business days. Estimated delivery after processing is generally 7–20 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Weekends, holidays, severe weather, customs processing, carrier disruptions, high-volume periods, and supplier delays may extend delivery times.

Multiple packages

Items in the same order may be fulfilled from different locations and may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers. You will not be charged additional shipping fees when this occurs.

Tracking

When tracking becomes available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take several business days to begin showing movement after the label is created.

Address accuracy and phone number

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and a working phone number. Contact contact@verduwear.com immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee changes after processing begins. Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Delays

If we learn that an order cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will contact you when required and provide available options, which may include consenting to a delay or cancelling the unshipped portion for a refund.

Lost, stolen, or delivered-but-not-received packages

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period or the package appears lost, contact us so we can investigate. If tracking shows “delivered,” first check with household members, neighbors, building management, and the carrier. VERDU WEAR is not automatically responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery, but we will assist with a carrier inquiry when possible.

Undeliverable or refused packages

Orders returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect may be refunded after receipt, less any non-recoverable shipping or handling charges, unless prohibited by law.
